I will post the guide after my guild killed him but here is what I summarize after endless wipes and watching hours of other guilds's videos regarding the safe spot.
The guide is only for range. Tanks and Melees still have to watch out themselves

RED = BOSS
so basically stand at A the whole fight when u had to dodge other waves letters.. STRAIGHT AWAY MOVE BACK TO A
B - when fire pit spawns Behind, stand at B and get ready to move LEFT as soon as the 1st wave PASSED BY. after 2nd wave passed by, MOVE BACK to A
C - when fire pit spawns aCcross the room to the left, MOVE to C. after all waves passed by, MOVE BACK to A
D- when fire pit spawns Directly accross the room, MOVE to D and stay there. after all waves passed by, MOVE BACK to A
